At SMRT Lite, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction/service activation.

  • Refunds are applicable only in cases of duplicate payment, failed transaction, or service non-activation due to technical issues.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days.

  • The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment only.

  • Transaction processing charges (if any) may be deducted.
